Yesterday Memories of the black forest took us on a culinary trip to Germany!

Memories of the black forest are an artisan German street food stand.
Ran by Lorette and Gunther, who is German, is a trained chef and he has worked all over Europe, including Switzerland, France and Germany before coming to live and work in the UK.
They offer proper German bratwurst, frankfurters, currywurst, schnitzel, sauerkraut, spätzle (German noodles) – vegetarian version or non vegetarian version, chilli bratwurst, to name just a few.

It went down really well with our occupiers and visitors, who took advantage of our spacious free car park!
