Some offices even have separate internal rooms which can be used as meeting space or a private office. Adjacent to Reception we have a large ground floor meeting room seating up to 20 in boardroom style with full AV facilities. Communal areas also include WCs and kitchen facilities on each floor equipped to make light meals and refreshments.

There’s nothing more frustrating when you’re in a hurry than being unable to find a parking space outside your office. Metropolitan House offers extensive carparking for the exclusive use of our Business Centre clients with over 100 free parking spaces available to use around the clock – frustration free and without the need to feed a meter! For the safety and security of all our users the carpark is covered by CCTV and is well lit during the hours of darkness.
We provide 24/7 access, 365 days a year to Metropolitan House, so clients can come and go as they wish and and access to the premises is via our secure entry fob system.
Hands-on office management
Shauna, our Centre Manager manages the building on a daily basis, with manned reception cover provided by Ellie 9-5, Monday to Friday. We pride ourselves on running the premises professionally with an emphasis on ensuring our clients’ Health & Safety, Fire safety including fire safety awareness training and physical safety provided by 24/7 CCTV, high quality external lighting and secure building access systems. Shauna also manages our friendly maintenance and cleaning staff who clean the communal areas 5 days per week and who can also clean client’s individual offices by prior arrangement.
