LED Install at Metropolitan House

We are currently having the full install completed over the three floors at our business centre based in Gateshead.

Here are some points regarding why LED lights are a great option to have installed in a working environment, after all the majority of offices work an 8 hour day:-

• White light/daylight effect has been proven to enhance productivity
• The lights are anti flicker as opposed to conventional fluorescent lights that can cause headaches especially when working with a secondary light source (laptops/monitors/TV’s)
• They aesthetically look better
• Instantly on/off with no warm up time
• They don’t produce anywhere near as much heat as your current fluorescent lighting
• They are fully RoSH compliant, meaning they don’t contain any hazardous elements such as mercury which is used with fluorescent lighting
• LED will last 50,000hrs compared to fluorescent 10,000hrs

As you can see in the image below, the new lighting on ground and first floor gives a natural light and second floor is due to be completed today so we will have the full installation (internally and externally) completed by 18/01/2019
