What is a serviced office?
A Serviced Office is an office that is fully equipped and managed by staff.
What is included in the price of a serviced office?
Use of our phone lines including a designated number, use of our facilities and equipment e.g. Kitchen areas, bathroom areas. Full cleaning throughout common areas. Call answering by our reception staff when you are not available. Full building management supplied by our team.
What is the difference between a ‘traditional office’ and a serviced office?
The difference between ‘traditional’ office space and serviced office space is that when you rent a traditional office you look after your own facilities including kitchens, bathrooms and general areas. Whereas in a serviced office all amenities are looked after by a team of management staff.
What is a Virtual office?
A Virtual office allows you to have the services such as a registered address within an office building without renting the physical office space. The benefits of having a virtual office include having a address in a well known centre for all your post and parcels, our staff can answer phone calls on behalf of you/your company.
What do you need to set up an Virtual Office?
Photo ID for proof of identity – The person who signs must be owner/director.
What other costs should you be aware of when renting an Office at Metropolitan House?
If you have found an office you would like to take you should remember that the deposit is to be paid, the amount may depend on the size of the office and the time of rental, business rates, internet, office cleaning costs and heating/air con costs.
What is included in the Meeting Room price?
In our meeting room price of £10+VAT per hour includes teas and coffees, water, use of the TV and the flipchart on request.
